{"id":1463,"date":"2023-03-14T11:04:18","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T14:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lapatriafutbolera.com.ar\/?p=1463"},"modified":"2023-03-14T11:04:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T14:04:19","slug":"104-partidos-en-39-dias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lapatriafutbolera.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/03\/14\/104-partidos-en-39-dias\/","title":{"rendered":"104 partidos en 39 dias"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La\u00a0<strong>FIFA<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 lista para aprobar un nuevo formato\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudn.com\/futbol\/concacaf-mundial-eliminatorias\/mundial-2026-concacaf-anuncia-como-sera-clasificacion-y-eliminatorias\">para la Copa del Mundo de 2026<\/a>, extendiendo el torneo a 104 juegos durante probablemente 39 d\u00edas de competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el medio The Athletic, &#8220;la decisi\u00f3n se aprobar\u00e1 en una reuni\u00f3n del Consejo de la FIFA este martes en la capital de Ruanda, Kigali&#8221;.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudn.com\/mundial-rusia-2018\/el-mundial-2026-sera-en-estados-unidos-mexico-y-canada\">Con Canad\u00e1, M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos como anfitriones<\/a>, la edici\u00f3n de 2026 ya iba a ser la Copa del Mundo m\u00e1s grande, con 48 equipos, pero adem\u00e1s ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s larga, ya que se extendr\u00e1 a casi 40 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vale la pena recordar que la idea original de la FIFA era tener 16 grupos de tres equipos, con los dos primeros avanzando a una eliminatoria de 32 selecciones, un formato que habr\u00eda involucrado 80 juegos, en comparaci\u00f3n con el formato de 64 partidos que se ha utilizado desde 1998. Con eso en mente, la FIFA ahora quiere un certamen con 12 grupos de cuatro selecciones, con los ocho mejores terceros lugares uni\u00e9ndose a los dos primeros para que avancen un total de 32 equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, los grupos de tres equipos tienen dos inconvenientes: se pierde la emoci\u00f3n de la ronda final de los juegos simult\u00e1neos de la fase de grupos y aumenta la posibilidad de que los dos equipos en el \u00faltimo juego se confabulen para dise\u00f1ar el resultado que necesitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El total de 104 partidos de la Copa del Mundo ser\u00e1 un gran aumento de los planes anteriores que hab\u00edan requerido 80 juegos, pues ser\u00edan m\u00e1s de 40 de los que se disputaron en el torneo del a\u00f1o pasado en Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudn.com\/futbol\/es-un-hecho-a-partir-del-2026-el-mundial-de-futbol-sera-con-48-equipos\">Aunque muchos celebraron la extensi\u00f3n del Mundial a 48 equipos<\/a>, en especial las naciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as del organismo rector debido a las mayores oportunidades para calificar que brindar\u00e1, tambi\u00e9n varios aficionados,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudn.com\/futbol\/mls\/gerardo-martino-con-un-mundial-de-48-equipos-puede-decaer-el-nivel-futbolistico\">exfutbolistas y comentaristas han expresado su preocupaci\u00f3n de que dicha medida disminuir\u00e1 la calidad del evento<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0FIFA\u00a0est\u00e1 lista para aprobar un nuevo formato\u00a0para la Copa del Mundo de 2026, extendiendo el&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":1464,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[103],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1463","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-mundial-2026"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.5.1 -
