{"id":2302,"date":"2025-03-12T15:44:27","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T18:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lapatriafutbolera.com.ar\/?p=2302"},"modified":"2025-03-12T15:58:58","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T18:58:58","slug":"river-denuncio-penalmente-a-foster-gilette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lapatriafutbolera.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/03\/12\/river-denuncio-penalmente-a-foster-gilette\/","title":{"rendered":"River denunci\u00f3 penalmente a Foster Gilette"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El club de N\u00fa\u00f1ez hizo una denuncia contra el empresario estadounidense, Guillermo Tofoni y Juan Manuel Cobi\u00e1n por debido a que el frustrado pase de Rodrigo Villagra &#8220;caus\u00f3 graves perjuicios al patrimonio&#8221; de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la novela y el pase ca\u00eddo de&nbsp;<strong>Rodrigo Villagra<\/strong>&nbsp;que mantuvo en vilo a&nbsp;<strong>River&nbsp;<\/strong>durante varias semanas, la instituci\u00f3n de N\u00fa\u00f1ez decidi\u00f3 denunciar penalmente a<strong>&nbsp;Foster Gillett<\/strong>&nbsp;y sus apoderados argentinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las \u00faltimas horas,&nbsp;<strong>River&nbsp;<\/strong>denunci\u00f3 ante la justicia al empresario estadounidense, junto con<strong>&nbsp;Guillermo Tofoni&nbsp;<\/strong>-el CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<em>&nbsp;World Eleven<\/em>&nbsp;que lo acerc\u00f3 al f\u00fatbol argentino- y<strong>&nbsp;Juan Manuel Cobi\u00e1n&nbsp;<\/strong>-su asesor en las negociaciones-, por causar&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;graves perjuicios al patrimonio de la instituci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la denuncia formal del club presentada a Tribunales, se revel\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>\u201cla maniobra desplegada por los empresarios caus\u00f3 graves perjuicios al patrimonio del club. Se considera desbaratamiento de derechos acordados\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.ambito.com\/p\/b6d5392004eb315f13aabb620e460cc2\/adjuntos\/239\/imagenes\/042\/211\/0042211631\/tofoni-fosterpng.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sabiendas de que hab\u00eda una promesa de garant\u00eda de pago de<strong>&nbsp;11 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>River&nbsp;<\/strong>accedi\u00f3 a dar la rescisi\u00f3n del jugador, que dej\u00f3 de entrenarse con el plantel a la espera de la transferencia.
